В данной выпускной квалификационной работе магистра изучены организационно-правовые аспекты создания, функционирования и дальнейшего развития Арктического совета. Исследованы нормативные правовые основы сотрудничества Российской Федерации с арктическими государствами на базе Арктического совета. Разработаны конкретные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в области правового регулирования устойчивого развития Арктического пространства.
In this master's thesis the organizational and legal aspects of the creation and functioning and further development of the Arctic Council are studied. The normative legal bases of cooperation of the Russian Federation with the Arctic states on the basis of the Arctic Council are investigated. Specific proposals have been developed to improve the legislation in the field of legal regulation of sustainable development of the Arctic space.
