Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Механизм правового регулирования деятельности государственной корпорации в современных условиях». В данной дипломной работе были рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с особенностями регулирования деятельностью государственных корпораций. А именно, определена значимость государственных корпораций, изучены характерные черты и сущность государственной корпорации, проанализирована деятельность современных российских государственных корпораций. Так же, были найдены проблемы правового регулирования государственных корпораций и выдвинуты предложения с вариантами решения этих проблем.
The topic of the final qualifying work: "The mechanism of legal regulation of the activities of a state corporation in modern conditions." In this thesis, issues related to the peculiarities of regulation of the activities of state corporations were considered. Namely, the importance of state corporations is determined, the characteristic features and essence of a state corporation are studied, the activities of modern Russian state corporations are analyzed. Also, the problems of legal regulation of state corporations were found and proposals were put forward with options for solving these problems.
