Работа посвящена финансовой диагностики холдинга Setl Group и оценке экономической эффективности внедрения BIM-технологии в одну из компаний холдинга. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучить технологию информационного моделирования зданий. 2. Провести финансовую диагностику компании. 3. Рассмотреть текущую ситуацию внедрения BIM-технологии российскими компаниями. 4. Разработать календарный план внедрения BIM-технологии. 5. Провести оценку экономической эффективности от внедрения BIM-технологии в строительной компании. 6. Выделить основные преимущества данной технологии. 7. Дать рекомендации по внедрению BIM-технологии для других компаний. В работе была рассмотрена история развития BIM-технологии. Проведён анализ результатов опроса по применению BIM-технологии российскими компаниями. Проведена финансовая диагностика холдинга Setl Group. На основании которой было принято решение о возможности внедрения технологии информационного моделирования зданий в одну из компаний холдинга. В результате был разработан календарный план по внедрению BIM-технологии. Проведена оценка экономической эффективности внедрения данной технологии в строительной компании. На основании проведённых исследований были даны рекомендации по внедрению технологии информационного моделирования другим компаниям.

The work is devoted to the financial diagnostics of the Setl Group holding and the assessment of the economic efficiency of the implementation of BIM technology in one of the holding companies. Consider the current situation of BIM technology implementation by Russian companies. 4. Develop a timetable for the implementation of BIM technology. 5. Conduct an assessment of the economic efficiency from the introduction of BIM technology in a construction company. 6. Highlight the main advantages of this technology. 7. Provide recommendations for the implementation of BIM technology for other companies. The history of the development of BIM technology was considered in the work. The analysis of the survey results on the use of BIM technology by Russian companies. Financial diagnostics of the Setl Group holding was carried out. On the basis of which a decision was made on the possibility of introducing information modeling technology for buildings in one of the holding companies. As a result, a timetable for the implementation of BIM technology was developed. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the implementation of this technology in a construction company has been carried out. Based on the research carried out, recommendations were given on the implementation of information modeling technology to other companies.
