Целью исследования является разработка проекта эффективного транспортно-логистического обеспечения в процессе освоения шельфовых углеводородных месторождений Арктики. Предмет исследования: организационно-экономические взаимосвязи, возникающие в процессе транспортно-логистического обеспечения нефтегазового комплекса при освоении морских углеводородных месторождений Арктики. Методы исследования: комплексный метод исследований: научный анализ и обобщение результатов опубликованных исследований отечественных и зарубежных авторов, теоретические исследования, метод аналогий. Основные результаты исследования: 1. проведено исследование состояния НГК, выявлены предпосылки освоения шельфовых месторождений Арктики; 2. проанализировано состояние обеспечения арктических проектов, их особенности; 3. выявлены закономерности освоения ресурсов шельфа Арктики в России и за рубежом; 4. обоснована необходимость формирования кластеров обеспечения в системе транспортно-логистического обеспечения шельфовых проектов; 5. рассчитан экономический эффект реализации проектов на арктическом шельфе с учетом создания кластера обеспечения. Область применения результатов ВКР: в практической деятельности компаний НГК, возможности масштабирования решения на предприятия смежных отраслей промышленности. Научная новизна исследования: разработка рекомендаций для возможности организации эффективной работы на шельфе России. Выводы. Задачи исследования решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Выявлены перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study: development of a project for effective transport and logistics support in the development of offshore hydrocarbon fields in the Arctic. Research subject: organizational and economic relationships arising in the process of transport and logistics support of oil and gas complex in the development of offshore hydrocarbon fields in the Arctic. Research methods: the work uses a comprehensive method of research, including scientific analysis and synthesis of the results of published studies of domestic and foreign authors, theoretical research, the method of analogy. The main results of the study: 1. the state of the Russian oil and gas complex has been studied and the existing prerequisites for the development of the Arctic offshore hydrocarbon fields have been identified; 2. the state of support of the Arctic projects has been analyzed and peculiarities of their support have been determined; 3. Regularities in the development of hydrocarbon resources of the Arctic continental shelf in Russia and abroad have been revealed; 4. the necessity of forming supply clusters in the system of transport and logistics support in the process of development of offshore fields in the Arctic was substantiated; 5. the economic effect of the implementation of projects on the Arctic shelf, taking into account the creation of supply clusters, has been calculated. Application field: application of the results of the work in the practical activities of oil and gas companies in different regions, the possibility of scaling the solution to the enterprises of related industries. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of recommendations for the possibility of organizing effective, economically feasible work on the development of the Arctic shelf of Russia. Conclusions. The objectives of the study are solved, the goal is achieved, the area of application of the results is defined. Prospects and directions of further research are identified.
