In this final qualifying work of the master, the process of development of a specialized graphic editor for models of electrical circuits BuilderES for mathematical modeling is described. BuilderES is an application program for the universal modeling environment RMD using the object-oriented modeling language MVL. The paper presents the rationale for creating a specialized environment based on RMD, provides a description of the implementation of an applied graphical editor for electrical systems for RMD, expands the functionality of the mathematical visualizer BuilderES, development of an electrical library for modeling, comparative analysis of the effectiveness of mathematical modeling, an example of practical application of a graphical editor is given.
