Цель работы – совершенствование процесса управления проектной деятельностью в машиностроительной компании путем внедрения корпоративного информационного портала. Задачи работы: 1. Поиск уязвимых мест в процессе проектного управления в компании. 2. Выбор подходящего информационного решения для обеспечения процесса и устранения проблем. 3. Внедрение информационного портала. 4. Оценка экономической эффективности проекта. Работа выполнена на базе машиностроительной компании ООО «Энергосервис», занимающейся производством паровых турбин и генераторов для атомных электростанций. Использованные методы: сбор, обработка и анализ данных, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Результаты работы: - Произведен анализ деятельности компании. - Выявлен ряд проблем компании, относящихся к процессу «Управление проектами». - Выбрана подходящая платформа для разработки и внедрения информационного портала. - Реализовано внедрение информационной системы. Практическая значимость работы заключается в совершенствовании процесса проектного управления в компании. Сотрудники получили быстрый доступ к проектной информации, повысилась эффективность использования трудовых ресурсов. Изменения положительно повлияли на финансовые показатели фирмы. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – проектное управление.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: “Implementation of an information portal for managing project activities in a machine-building company”. The purpose of the work  to optimize the process of project management in a machine-building company through the introduction of a Corporate Information Portal. Tasks of work: 1. Search for weak points in the process of project management in the company. 2. Selecting a suitable information solution to support the process and troubleshoot problems. 3. Implementation of an information portal. 4. Assessment of the economic efficiency of the project. Work is performed on the basis of the engineering company «Energoservice», which is engaged in the production of steam turbines and generators for nuclear power plants. Methods used: collection, processing and analysis of data, modeling of business processes, methods for assessing the effectiveness of projects. Work results: - An analysis of the company's activities has been performed. - A number of company problems related to the Project Management process were identified. - A suitable platform was selected for the development and implementation of an information portal. - The information system was implemented in the company. The practical significance of the work lies in the optimization of the project management process in the company. Employees got quick access to project information, and the efficiency of the use of labor resources increased. The changes had a positive impact on the company's financial performance. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined - project management.
