В данной работе рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся инженерного благоустройства коттеджного посёлка в Новгородской области с несколькими различными функциональными зонами: зона малоэтажной жилой застройки, административно-бытовая и рекреационная. Также была выполнена разработка разделов: инженерная подготовка территории, проектирование дождевой канализации и дренажа, озеленение территории. В процессе работы были решены такие задачи, как: 1. Разработка генплана и организации рельефа малого населенного пункта; 2. Определена высотная привязка всех зданий и сооружений; 3. Рассчитана Картограмма земляных масс ОПСС. 4. Разработка системы дождевой канализации; 5. Гидравлический расчёт дренажа. На основе выполненной работы был выполнен расчёт количества озеленённых территорий данного коттеджного посёлка, рекреационной зоны в частности. Кроме площади озеленения нормировалось расстояние от зданий и сооружений до оси деревьев и кустарников.

The topic of the final qualifying work: «Complex improvement of a cottage village with landscaping» This paper discusses issues related to the engineering improvement of a cottage settlement in the Novgorod region with several different functional zones: a zone of low-rise residential buildings, recreational and administrative. The following sections were also developed: engineering preparation of the territory, design of rainwater drainage and drainage, landscaping of the territory. In addition to the area of landscaping, the distance from buildings and structures to the axis of trees and shrubs was normalized.
