Цель работы – разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления человеческими ресурсами ООО «ВЕСТ ФОРЕСТ». Работа выполнена на материалах международной компании ООО «ВЕСТ ФОРЕСТ», занимающейся лесозаготовками и деревообработкой, а также торговлей лесо- и пиломатериалами. Методы: контентный и сравнительный анализ, классификация, синтез, SWOT-анализ, метод eNPS, экспертная оценка. Результаты работы: – рассмотрены теоретические основы управления человеческими ресурсами; – проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и системы управления человеческими ресурсами предприятия, в которой выявлены недостатки; – разработан проект внедрения системы электронного кадрового документооборота и развития системы нематериального стимулирования; – обоснована ожидаемая социально-экономическая целесообразность мероприятий. Практическая значимость работы заключается в применении предложенных мероприятий для улучшения управления человеческими ресурсами и общего повышения эффективности деятельности как исследуемого предприятия, так и других различных по масштабу и отраслевой принадлежности компаний. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена практическая значимость работы.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop measures to improve the human resource management system at the LLC “WEST FOREST”. The graduate qualification work has been carried out on the materials of the international company LLC “WEST FOREST”, engaged in timber harvesting and woodworking, and trading in timber and lumber. Research methods used: content and comparative analysis, classification, synthesis, SWOT-analysis, eNPS method, expert estimates. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – the theoretical foundations of human resource management are considered; – the analysis of financial and economic activities and the human resources management system of the enterprise was carried out and the shortcomings were identified; – the project for the introduction of an employee digital document management system and for the improving of a system of non-material incentives was developed; – the expected socio-economic feasibility of the developed measures is justified. The practical significance of the work is determined by the using the proposed measures to improve human resource management and the overall efficiency not only of the activities of the studied international company, but also other companies of various scales and industry affiliations. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the practical significance of the work have been determined.
