Цель исследования - анализ влияния экономических показателей субъектов РФ, добывающих ТЭР, на уровень благосостояния населения. Предмет – влияние экономических показателей субъектов РФ, добывающих ТЭР, на уровень благосостояния населения. В данной работе были исследованы институциональные основы социально-экономического развития регионов. Проанализирована деятельность ТЭК как экономической основы формирования инфраструктурного регионального развития. Выделены и обоснованы критерии и показатели оценки благосостояния населения и социально-экономического развития регионов, добывающих ТЭР. В процессе исследования проведен анализ добычи ТЭР по регионам и ранжирование регионов по критерию доли ТЭР в ВРП региона. Также проанализировано влияние экономических показателей субъектов РФ, добывающих ТЭР, на уровень благосостояния населения. В результате исследования было выявлено, что на показатели благосостояния населения в большей степени влияют показатели средней заработной платы в регионе и уровня безработицы. Следовательно, нулевая гипотеза о влиянии ВРП на показатели благосостояния населения регионов, добывающих ТЭР, отклоняется. В данной работе использовались такие методы исследования, как: анализ, синтез, классификация, дедукция, эконометрический метод.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of economic indicators of the Russian regions, producing fuel and energy resources on the welfare of the population. In this work, the institutional foundations of the socio-economic development of the regions were investigated. The activity of the fuel and energy complex as an economic basis for the formation of infrastructural regional development is analyzed. Criteria and indicators for assessing the welfare of the population and socio-economic development of regions producing fuel and energy resources are identified and justified. In the course of the study, the analysis of the extraction of fuel and energy resources by regions and the ranking of regions according to the criterion of the share of fuel and energy resources in the region's GRP were carried out. The influence of economic indicators of the Russian regions, producing fuel and energy resources on the welfare of the population is also analyzed. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the indicators of the welfare of the population are more influenced by the indicators of the average wage in the region and the level of unemployment. Consequently, the null hypothesis about the influence of GRP on the indicators of the welfare of the population of the regions producing fuel and energy resources is rejected.
