Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка системы оценки и отбора перспективных проектов для включения в программу инновационного развития фармацевтической компании». В работе выявлены особенности программ инновационного развития фармацевтических компаний, рассмотрены существующие подходы к оценке проектов, сделан сравнительный анализ наиболее применяемых методов отбора инновационных проектов, выбраны модели, принципы которых использованы при разработке системы, проанализировано состояние фармацевтической компании. Разработана система оценки и отбора проектов для включения в портфельную составляющую программы инновационного развития фармацевтической компании. Разработанная система включает принципы, критерии и процедуры отбора проектов. Выбраны единичные показатели оценки проектов, на основе которых разработаны комплексные критерии отбора проектов, описаны процедуры оценки и отбора проектов.

Subject matter of the graduation qualification work: "Development of the system of evaluation and selection of perspective projects for inclusion into the program of innovative development of pharmaceutical company". In the work were revealed features of programs of innovative development of the pharmaceutical companies, were considered existing approaches to the assessment of projects, was made the comparative analysis of the most used methods of selection of innovative projects, were selected the models which principles were used in the design of the system, was analyzed the state of the pharmaceutical company. Was developed the system of assessment and selection of projects for inclusion in the portfolio component of the program of innovative development of the pharmaceutical company. The developed system includes principles, criteria and procedures for the selection of projects. Selected single indicators for evaluating projects, on the basis of which developed comprehensive criteria for the selection of projects, described the procedures for evaluation and selection of projects.
