Предмет магистерского исследования – государственное регулирование экологического туризма на особо охраняемых природных территориях (ООПТ) Якутии. Цель диссертации – разработка теоретических рекомендаций и инструментария совершенствования государственного регулирования экологического туризма на территории ООПТ Якутии. Для достижения цели были решены такие задачи как изучить теоретические аспекты понятия «экологический туризм»; оценить и выявить проблемы современного состояния развития экологического туризма в России; рассмотреть опыт зарубежных стран с целью рассмотрения управленческих методик в ООПТ; анализ современного состояния туризма на территориях ООПТ Якутии; выявить основные направления развития экологического туризма Якутии; разработать предложения по совершенствованию государственного регулирования развития экологического туризма с учетом особенностей региона. В работе использованы методы анализа и синтеза, сравнения, методы конкретного социологического исследования (опрос и анализ информации). Аналитическая работа проводилась на основе статистических данных, материалов, которые представлены в открытом доступе, публикаций. При разработке теоретических вопросов использовались работы отечественных и зарубежных ученых, посвященные развитию теории организации и стратегического управления туризма. В ходе работы был уточнен термин экологический туризм в ООПТ, разработаны концептуальные основы развития экологического туризма на ООПТ Якутии, определены перспективные виды экологического туризма и оценены инфраструктурные особенности ООПТ Якутии, сформулированы возможные стратегии развития экологического туризма на ООПТ Якутии в зависимости от природного потенциала и уровня развития инфраструктуры.

The subject of the master's research is the state regulation of ecological tourism in specially protected natural areas (SPNA) Yakutia. The purpose of the dissertation is to develop theoretical recommendations and tools for improving the state regulation of ecotourism in the territory of the protected areas of Yakutia. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: to study the theoretical aspects of the concept of «eco-tourism»; to assess and identify the problems of the current state of development of eco-tourism in Russia; to consider the experience of foreign countries in order to consider management methods in protected areas; to analyze the current state of tourism in the territories of protected areas of Yakutia; to identify the main directions of development of eco-tourism in Yakutia; to develop proposals for improving state regulation of the development of eco-tourism, taking into account the peculiarities of the region. The paper uses methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, methods of specific sociological research (survey and information analysis). The analytical work was carried out on the basis of statistical data, materials that are available in the public domain, and publications. In the development of theoretical issues, the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the development of the theory of organization and strategic management of tourism were used. In the course of the work, the term ecotourism in protected areas was clarified, the conceptual foundations for the development of ecotourism in the protected areas of Yakutia were developed, promising types of ecotourism were identified and the infrastructural features of the protected areas of Yakutia were evaluated, possible strategies for the development of ecotourism in the protected areas of Yakutia were formulated, depending on the natural potential and the level of infrastructure development.
