Объект исследования – фондовый рынок Китая. Предмет исследования – количественные и качественные параметры. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена важностью формирования единого экономического пространства и выравниванием уровня экономического развития регионов, недостаточной исследованностью региональных аспектов функционирования фондового рынка и механизмов формирования рыночной капитализации листинговых компаний. Цель исследования – определение общих принципов построения и функционирования фондового рынка Китая. Задачи исследования: - рассмотреть участников и методы регулирования фондового рынка Китая; - провести анализ региональной структуры экономики Китая; - изучить взаимосвязь фондового рынка Китая и уровня экономического развития регионов. На основе анализа китайского рынка ценных бумаг определены основные участники рынка, их функциональные характеристики и рыночное регулирование. Определена роль ВРП в развитии рынка ценных бумаг и определен вопрос о включении ВРП в повышение капитализации компаний с ценными бумагами.

The object of research is the Chinese stock market. The subject of research is quantitative and qualitative parameters. The relevance of the research topic is due to the importance of forming a single economic space and leveling the level of economic development of the regions, insufficient research of the regional aspects of the functioning of the stock market and the mechanisms for forming the market capitalization of listed companies. The purpose of the study is to determine the general principles of the construction and functioning of the Chinese stock market. Research objectives: - to consider the participants and methods of regulation of the Chinese stock market; - to analyze the regional structure of the Chinese economy; - to study the relationship between the Chinese stock market and the level of economic development of the regions. Based on the analysis of the Chinese securities market, the main market participants, their functional characteristics and market regulation have been identified. The role of GRP in the development of the securities market has been determined and the issue of including GRP in increasing the capitalization of companies with securities has been determined.
