Данная работа посвящена анализу финансовой деятельности предприятия для разработки мероприятий по управлению финансовыми рисками на предприятии. В процессе работы решались следующие задачи:  рассмотрение теоретических аспектов механизма управления рисками на предприятии;  проведение организационно-экономический анализа компании ООО «Спортмастер»;  оценка эффективности финансовой деятельности компании;  анализ финансовых рисков и выявиление их влияние на эффективность деятельности компании ООО «Спортмастер»;  разработка рекомендации по управлению финансовыми рисками предприятия.  оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий Необходимая информация для анализа и оценки представлена на материалах ООО «Спортмастер» Использованные методы: разработка рекомендаций по оптимизации управления финансовыми рисками предприятия. Результаты работы:  проанализированы текущие показатели финансового состояния компании ООО «Спортмастер»;  дана оценка эффективности деятельности компании;  проанализированы финансовые риски компании ООО «Спортмастер»;  разработаны мероприятия по управлению финансовыми рисками компании ООО «Спортмастер» и проанализирована их эффективность Практическая значимость работы заключается в актуальности разработки мероприятий по управлению финансовыми рисками в целях избежание финансовых потерь в организации.
