Целью работы являлась разработка стратегии развития ООО «ГК «Недвижимость в Петербурге». Предметом ВКР являлась стратегия развития ООО «ГК «Недвижимость в Петербурге». Использованные методы: мониторинг, метод составления аналитических таблиц, сбор и обработка данных, технико-экономический анализ, PEST-анализ, экспертное оценивание и обработка экспертных оценок, ситуационный анализ, матрица «McKinsey», модель «продукт-рынок» по Стейнеру, матрица И.Ансоффа, SWOT-анализ, диаграмма Ганта, методы оценки эффективности проекта, анализ чувствительности. Основные результаты работы: - проведен комплексный анализ внешней и внутренней сред организации; - обоснована целесообразность выбора стратегии диверсификации; - разработана стратегия развития ООО ГК «Недвижимость в Петербурге»; - выполнена оценка эффективности проекта по созданию онлайн-курсов для риелторов. Область применения результатов ВКР: деятельность ООО ГК «Недвижимость в Петербурге», при разработке стратегии развития для агентств недвижимости.

The aim of the graduate qualification work was to elaborate a development strategy for LLC GC “Real Estate in St. Petersburg”. The subject of the graduate qualification work was the development strategy of LLC GC “Real Estate in St. Petersburg”. Research methods used: monitoring, method of compiling analytical tables, data collection and processing, technical and economic analysis, PEST analysis, expert assessment and processing of expert assessments, situational analysis, McKinsey matrix, product-market model, the Ansoff matrix, SWOT analysis, Gantt chart, methods for assessing project effectiveness, sensitivity analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environments of the organization was done; - the expediency of choosing a diversification strategy was substantiated; - a development strategy for LLC GC “Real Estate in St. Petersburg” was elaborated; - the effectiveness of the project to create online courses for realtors was assessed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application: operation of LLC GC “Real Estate in St. Petersburg”, in the elaboration of a development strategy for real estate agencies.
