Проведено исследование по применению технологии process mining - системы celonis в качестве системы мониторинга прогресса на онлайн курсе. Изучены возможности встроенной системы мониторинга в портал moodle, исследованы возможности системы celonis. Система celonis опробована в качестве системы мониторинга, построена модель перемещения пользователей по курсу, сделаны выводы относительно путей пользователей, сделаны выводы о применимости celonis в качестве системы мониторинга.
A study was conducted on the application of process mining technology - celonis system as a system for monitoring progress on the online course. The capabilities of the built-in monitoring system in the moodle portal was studied, the capabilities of the celonis system was investigated. The celonis system has been tested as a monitoring system, a model of moving users along the course has been built, conclusions have been made regarding user paths, conclusions about the applicability of celonis as a monitoring system have been made.
