Данная работа посвящена изучению процесса совершенствования управления развитием организации на примере международной компании. Задачи работы: 1. Изучение понятия системы управления организацией и ее сущности. 2. Определить состав и структуру управления предприятием 3. Описать методы управления предприятием 4. Изучить общую характеристику деятельности туристической компании ООО «Esperanto» 5. Описать организационную структуру организации ООО «Esperanto» 6. Рассмотреть деятельность туристической компании ООО «Esperanto» 7. Изучить цели и направления развития туристической компании 8. Проанализировать маркетинговые компоненты и финансовое обеспечении стратегии Необходимая информация для анализа и оценки собиралась на базе ООО «Esperanto». Были проведены расчеты, показывающие необходимость и целесообразность изменений в работе предприятия. В результате была разработана стратегия, цель которой была достигнута за счет решения поставленных задач. В работе на основе проблем развития компании ООО «Esperanto» и на основе изученных литературных источников была разработана стратегия совершенствования системы управления развитием организации. Анализ предложенных мероприятий показал их эффективность.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Improvement of the organization development management system on the example of an international company." This work is devoted to the study of the process of improving management of the development of an organization on the example of an international company. Tasks that were solved: 1. Analyze the marketing components and financial support of the strategy The information required for analysis and assessment was collected on the basis of Esperanto LLC. Calculations were carried out showing the need and feasibility of changes in the work of the enterprise. As a result, a strategy was developed, the goal of which was achieved by solving the assigned tasks. In the work, on the basis of the problems of development of the company "Esperanto" LLC and on the basis of the studied literary sources, a strategy was developed for improving the management system of the organization's development. The analysis of the proposed measures showed their effectiveness.
