Цель работы – обоснование целесообразности внедрения системы электронного документооборота в малую дорожно-строительную компанию, выполняющую работы на удалённых от офиса объектах. Задачи работы: - анализ современного документооборота в строительстве; -анализ текущего документооборота в рассматриваемой компании; -построение модели процесса документооборота при выполнении работ на объекте в компании; - выбор системы электронного документооборота; -обоснование преимуществ от внедрения системы электронного документооборота на предприятии ООО «ДСК «КамнеСтрой»» Работа выполнена на материалах из тематических учебных пособий, интернет-источников, информации, предоставленной компанией и законодательства РФ. Методы: моделирование бизнес-процессов, диаграмма Ганта, анализ данных, программа ArchiMate. Результат работы: - изучена методология и концепции моделирования архитектуры предприятия на языке ArchiMate; - рассмотрена организационная структура компании - построена архитектура процесса формирования текущей отчетности строительства объекта; - выявлено узкое место данного процесса; - выбран и предложен вариант решения проблемы.

The purpose of the work is to substantiate the feasibility of implementing an electronic document management system in a small road construction company that performs work on objects remote from the office. Tasks of the work: - analysis of modern document management in construction; - analysis of the current document flow in the company under consideration; - building a model of the document flow process when performing work on an object in the company; - selection of an electronic document management system; - justification of the advantages of the introduction of an electronic document management system at the enterprise of LLC "DSK "KamneStroy" The work is based on materials from thematic textbooks, Internet sources, information provided by the company and the legislation of the Russian Federation. Methods: business process modelling, Gantt chart, data analysis, ArchiMate program. The result of the work: - the methodology and concepts of enterprise architecture modelling in the ArchiMate language were studied; - the organizational structure of the company is considered - the architecture of the process of forming the current reporting of the construction of the object is built; - the bottleneck of this process is revealed; - a solution to the problem is selected and proposed.
