Цель исследования - анализ современных требований к порядку проведения предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров и экспертизы профпригодности работников, занятых во вредных и (или) опасных условиях труда, для сохранения и укрепления их здоровья. Чтобы данная цель осуществилась, необходима постановка задач: 1) Предоставить характеристику нормативных и правовых основ проведения медосмотров; 2) Рассмотреть вопрос, как именно организовываются и проводятся медицинские осмотры; 3) Осветить вопрос проведения медосмотров для определенных категорий работающих специалистов; 4) Определить права работника на прохождение внеочередных медицинских осмотров, гарантии и компенсации при направлении на медицинские осмотры. В работе показаны нормативные и правовые основы, которые касаются проведения медосмотров. Дополнительно, был рассмотрен порядок проведения медосмотров, проведено изучение особенности медосмотров всех категорий работающих. Определены права работника на прохождение внеочередных медицинских осмотров, гарантии и компенсации при направлении на медицинские осмотры. Объект работы - совершенствование порядка проведения медицинских осмотров работников.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the current requirements for the procedure for conducting preliminary and periodic medical examinations and examination of the professional suitability of workers employed in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, to preserve and strengthen their health. In order for this goal to be realized, you need to set tasks: 1) Provide a description of the regulatory and legal framework for conducting medical examinations; 2) Consider the question of how medical examinations are organized and conducted; 3) Highlight the issue of medical examinations for certain categories of working professionals; 4) Determine the rights of the employee to undergo extraordinary medical examinations, guarantees and compensation when sent for medical examinations. The paper shows the regulatory and legal bases that relate to the conduct of medical examinations. In addition, the procedure for conducting medical examinations was considered, and the features of medical examinations of all categories of employees were studied. The rights of the employee to undergo extraordinary medical examinations, guarantees and compensation for referral to medical examinations are defined. The object of the work is to improve the procedure for conducting medical examinations of employees. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical theory of knowledge, as well as general scientific and private scientific research methods based on it: synthesis and analysis, analogy, modeling, deduction and induction, formal-legal, comparative-legal and systemic. The paper shows the analysis of modern requirements for the procedure for conducting medical examinations and examination of the professional suitability of personnel employed in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, to preserve and strengthen their health.
