Сформулированы основные технологические задачи для детали Втулка, проведена отработка чертежа детали на технологичность, проведен сравнительный анализ двух методов получения заготовок. Выбран наиболее оптимальный метод получения заготовки на основе расчета коэффициента использования материала (КИМ) и себестоимости чернового этапа обработки. Спроектирован технологический процесс для изготовления детали ―Втулка с применением универсального оборудования. Оформлен комплект технологической документации. Спроектирован режущий инструмент: токарный фасонный резец. Оформлен чертеж для спроектированного режущего инструмента. Произведены расчеты для проектирования установочно-зажимного приспособления для детали корпус.
The main technological tasks for the ―Bush part were formulated, the drawing of the part was tested for manufacturability, and a comparative analysis of two methods of obtaining blanks was carried out. The most optimal method for obtaining a workpiece was selected based on the calculation of the material utilization factor (CMM) and the cost of the roughing stage of processing. A technological process has been designed for the manufacture of a bushing part using universal equipment. A set of technological documentation has been prepared. The cutting tool has been designed: a lathe shaped cutter. A drawing for the designed cutting tool has been drawn up. Calculations were made for the design of the mounting and clamping device for the body part.
