Сформулированы основные технологические задачи для детали ― «Ось скоростная», проведена отработка чертежа детали на технологичность, проведен сравнительный анализ двух методов получения заготовок. Выбран наиболее оптимальный метод получения заготовки на основе расчета коэффициента использования материала (КИМ) и себестоимости чернового этапа обработки. Спроектирован технологический процесс для изготовления детали ― «Ось скоростная» с применением универсального оборудования. Оформлен комплект технологической документации. Спроектирован режущий инструмент: токарный фасонный резец. Оформлен чертеж для спроектированных режущих инструментов. Проведен анализ различных типов загрузочных устройств, применяемых в качестве средств автоматизации для металлорежущих станков. Спроектировано загрузочное устройство для токарно-винторезного станка.
The following work is done during this research: tests for machinability, has been chosen a method for obtaining the workpiece and its drawing. The design of shaping tool was developed, the kinematic and strength calculations were given. Tooling setup, turret lathe and automatic loading of workpiece were designed. The main technological tasks for the ― «High-speed axle» part are formulated, the detail drawing for the manufacturability is worked out, a comparative analysis of two methods 3 for producing blanks is carried out. The most optimal method of obtaining a work piece was selected based on the calculation of the material utilization factor (CMM) and the cost of the rough processing stage. Designed a process for manufacturing parts "High- speed axle" using universal equipment. The set of technological documentation is designed. Designed cutting tools: turning shaped tool. Drawn drawings for designed cutting tools. The analysis of various types of loading devices used as automation tools for metal cutting machines. Designed boot device for a screw-cutting lathe.
