Актуальность данной темы состоит в том, что для любой организации, предприятия, фирмы, действующей в условиях рынка, актуальна сегодня проблема выживаемости и обеспеченности непрерывности развития. В зависимости от складывающихся условий и обстоятельств эта проблема решается различными предприятиями по-своему, но в основе ее лежит кропотливая и трудоемкая работа по созданию и реализации инвестиционных проектов, организация которых раскрывает концепция финансового планирования. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта на конкретном предприятии – объекте исследования. Из поставленной цели вытекают следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические аспекты оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов в современной экономике предприятия; - дать общую характеристику предприятия - объекта исследования; - провести оценку эффективности инвестиционной политики на предприятии – объекте исследования; - разработать инвестиционный проект по совершенствованию деятельности предприятия – объекта исследования. Объектом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы является АО «НЕВСКИЕ БЕРЕГА», г. Санкт-Петербург, соответственно, предметом изучения является оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта на предприятии. В качестве основных методов были использованы: диалектический, экономико-статистические, расчетно-конструктивный, факторный анализ, и другие общенаучные методы. В рамках исследования проведена оценка инвестиционной деятельности АО «НЕВСКИЕ БЕРЕГА», направленный на рост экономической деятельности предприятия.

The relevance of this topic is that for any organization, enterprise, or firm operating in a market environment, the problem of survival and continuity of development is relevant today. Depending on the prevailing conditions and circumstances, this problem is solved by various enterprises in their own way, but it is based on painstaking and time-consuming work on the creation and implementation of investment projects, the organization of which reveals the concept of financial planning. The purpose of the final qualification work will be to evaluate the effectiveness of an investment project at a particular enterprise-the object of research. The following tasks follow from this goal:: - to study the theoretical aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects in the modern economy of the enterprise; - give a general description of the enterprise-the object of research; - to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment policy at the enterprise-the object of the study; - develop an investment project to improve the activities of the enterprise-the object of research. The object of the study of the final qualification work is JSC «NEVSKIE BEREGA», St. Petersburg, respectively, the subject of the study is the assessment of the effectiveness of the investment project at the enterprise. The main methods used were: dialectical, economic-statistical, computational-constructive, factor analysis, and other general scientific methods. As part of the study, an assessment of the investment activity of JSC "NEVSKIE BEREGA" was carried out, according to the results of which an investment project was developed aimed at increasing the economic activity of the enterprise. This project is recommended for implementation, as it is effective.
