Целью данной работы является исследование деятельности в международной компании Zara с целью дальнейшей разработки предложений по внедрению инноваций для повышения эффективности предприятия. Объектом исследования является международная компания Zara. Предмет исследования – инновационная деятельность предприятия и ее совершенствование. В данной работе были изучены теоретические аспекты инноваций, проанализированы основные параметры деятельности компании, а также был проведен анализ экономического состояния и конкурентной среды исследуемого предприятия, была выполнена разработка программы инноваций.Результаты работы: были предложены конкретные рекомендации по совершенствованию инновационной деятельности предприятия. Оценка экономического эффекта показала, что разработанная программа мероприятий является прибыльной и помогающей предприятию удерживать конкурентные позиции на должном уровне. Область применения результатов ВКР распространяется на международные торговые компании. Выводы. Поставленные задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута.

The purpose of this work is to study the activities in the international company Zara with the aim of further developing proposals for the implementation of innovations to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The object of the research is an international company Zara. The subject of the research is the innovative activity of the company and its improvement. In this work, the theoretical aspects of innovation were studied, the main parameters of the company's activities were analyzed, the analysis of the economic state and the competitive environment of the enterprise under study were carried out, an innovation program was developed. Results of work: specific recommendations were proposed for improving the innovative activity of the enterprise. The evaluation of the economic effect showed that the developed program of measures is profitable and helps the company to maintain its competitive position at the proper level. The areas of the of graduate qualification work results application applies to international trading companies. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the bachelor’s thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved.
