Целью исследования - разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления на предприятии и увидеть эффективность данных мероприятий. Исследование выполнялось на базе компании «Босс Комплект». Предмет исследования: Совершенствование системы управления персоналом на предприятии ООО «Босс Комплект». Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод наблюдения. Основные результаты исследования: –Увидеть цели и функции управления персоналом. – Рассмотреть особенности управления персоналом на предприятии. – Разработать мероприятия по совершенствованию системы управления предприятия ООО «Босс Комплект».–Сделать анализ системы управления персоналом на примере организации ООО «Босс Комплект». Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и решение проблем на предприятиях в сфере управления персоналом. Научной новизной исследования является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.
