Цель работы: поиск и разрешение существующих недостатков в процессе постановки на приход товара, разработка и внедрение нового ИТ сервиса с модулем фотографирования товара. Задачи работы: анализ деятельности предприятия построение организационной структуры; определение проблем, связанных с процессом постановки на приход товара; выбор технологии для разработки нового ИТ сервиса; определение требований к функциональности сервиса; определение качества проекта и рисков; оценка экономического эффекта от разработки и внедрения. Работа выполнена на предприятии основная деятельность которой заключается в выкупе и перепродаже шин и дисков, находящихся ранее в употреблении. Методы: моделирование бизнес-процессов, построение организационной структуры, оценка экономической эффективности внедрения. Результаты работы: разработана модель AS IS в нотации ArchiMate, а также бизнес-процесса в нотации BPMN, обоснована необходимость автоматизации процесса постановки на приход товара; выбраны технологии, на базе которых будет вестись разработка нового приложения; сформулированы требования к системе и реализованы в новой модели процесса TO BE; продемонстрирована работа новой информационной системы. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена практической необходимостью её результатов для компании, а именно: сокращение времени в процессе прихода товара, избавление от человеческого фактора на этапе определения цен, избавление от облачного хранилище через который проходит обмен информацией о поступлениях, уменьшение количества ручных этапов в данном процессе. Вывод. Задачи выпускной квалификационной работы выполнены, определена область применения результатов в рамках работы кладовщиков и менеджеров компании.

Purpose of work: search and resolution of existing shortcomings in the process of placing goods on arrival, development and implementation of a new IT service with a module for photographing goods. Tasks of work: analysis of the activities of the enterprise; building the organizational structure; identification of problems associated with the process of placing goods on arrival; selection of technology for the development of a new IT service; determining the requirements for the functionality of the service; determination of project quality and risks; assessment of the economic effect from development and implementation. Work is performed on the basis of enterprise, the main activity of which is the redemption and resale of tires and wheels that were previously in use. Methods: modeling business processes, building an organizational structure, assessing the economic efficiency of implementation. The main results of the work: developed an AS-IS model in ArchiMate notation, as well as a business process in BPMN notation, substantiated the need to automate the process of placing goods on arrival; selected technologies, on the basis of which the development of a new application will be carried out; system requirements are formulated and implemented in a new TO BE process model; demonstrated the work of the new information system. The practical significance of the work is due to the practical necessity of its results for the company, namely: reducing the time in the process of goods arrival, getting rid of the human factor at the stage of determining prices, getting rid of the cloud storage through which information on receipts passes, reducing the number of manual steps in this process. Conclusions. The tasks of the final qualifying work were completed, the scope of application of the results was determined within the framework of the work of storekeepers and company managers.
