This work is devoted to modeling a ladder filter based on surfactant resonators, with a lithium niobate LiNbO3 substrate, and establishing a connection between the topological and electrical parameters of the filter. The research set the following goals: 1. study the principle of operation of the RFID SAW filter. 2. Study the equivalent circuit of the SAW resonator, its connection methods, and the principle of filter AFC formation. 3. Calculation of parameters of electrical representation of the filter and construction of appropriate tract. 4. Construction of amplitude frequency response and phase frequency response at different values of quality factor and determining the best option for obtaining low losses. 5. Calculation of parameters of topological representation of the filter. Ladder filters based on SAW resonators are often used in communication systems and offer a wide frequency range from 300 MHz to 3 GHz. Modelling was carried out in the MicroCap environment using AC analyses to plot the frequency and phase response and calculations in the MatCad environment.
