В данной работе рассматриваются технологические методы производства оснастки для минерально-сырьевого комплекса. Приведен анализ различных методов формообразования детали «Центратор». Разработаны технологические процессы изготовления детали «Центратор» с помощью аддитивной технологии EBM и станков с ЧПУ, проведен анализ эффективности выше указанных технологий.
In the given work technological methods of production of tooling for the mineral resource complex are considered. The analysis of various methods of shaping the "Centralizer" part is presented. Technological processes for the manufacture of the Centralizer part has been developed using the additive technology EBM and CNC machines, and the analysis of the efficiency of the above technologies has been carried out.
