Система социального обеспечения в пяти странах Северной Европы (Дании, Норвегии, Исландии, Финляндии и Швеции), известная как скандинавская модель «высоких налогов и высоких пособий», является одной из основных категорий систем социального обеспечения в современном мире, - все страны Северной Европы занимают ведущие позиции в мире. Целью исследования является проведение комплексного сравнительного анализа политики социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая. Для достижения цели поставлены следующие задачи: провести анализ современную политику социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая; провести анализ различных видов социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая; выявить особенности социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая в разных социальных сферах; провести сравнительный анализ социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая; выявить возможности применения «Скандинавской модели» социального обеспечения в Китае. Объект исследования – современная политика в области социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая. Предмет исследования – система государственных мер в реализации социального обеспечения в странах Северной Европы и Китая. Методологическую базу исследования составили материалы Международной конференции труда 100 сессии 2011 года, Доклад о социальной защите в мире в 2017-2019 годах, научные работы исследователей в данной области. Вывод. Китаю следует рассматривать динамичное экономическое развитие как главную предпосылку к удачному решению проблем в социальной сфере и сосредоточить внимание на повышении внимания к социальному обеспечению, содействии социализации системы социального обеспечения, содействии легализации социального обеспечения.

The social security system in the five Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Finland and Sweden), is known as the Scandinavian model of "high taxes and high benefits", is one of the main categories of social security systems in the modern world - all Nordic countries occupy leading positions in the world. The aim of the study is to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of social security policies in the Nordic countries and China. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: to analyze modern social security policies in the Nordic countries and China; analyze the different types of social security in the Nordic countries and China; to identify the features of social security in the Nordic countries and China in different social spheres; conduct a comparative analysis of social security in the Nordic countries and China; to identify the possibilities of applying the "Scandinavian model" of social security in China. The object of the research is modern social security policy in the Nordic countries and China. The subject of the research is the system of state measures in the implementation of social security in the Nordic countries and China. The methodological basis of the study was the materials of the International Labor Conference 100 session of 2011, the Report on social protection in the world in 2017-2019, scientific works of researchers in this area. Conclusion: the purpose of this study is to improve the mental health of patients. China should take the vigorous development of economy as the first prerequisite for successfully solving social problems and pay more attention to social development social security, promote the socialization of social security system, promote the legalization of social security.
