Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Совершенствование информационной системы регистрации учета граждан в Санкт-Петербурге». Целью исследования является разработка функционала информационной системы регистрационного учета и вселения граждан. Исследование выполнялось на базе структурных подразделений ОВиРУГ, ГКУ ЖА, Жилищного комитета. Предмет ВКР – автоматизация процессов по предоставлению услуг в сфере регистрационного учета и вселения граждан. Методы исследования: системный анализ, анализ требований. Основные результаты исследования: проведен анализ процессов автоматизации, построена функциональная структура ИС, определены функциональные требования ИС. Область применения результатов ВКР: результаты работы могут использоваться для постановок задач для разработчиков ИС, а также могут послужить основой при формировании проектной документации (ТЗ, паспорт системы, руководство пользователя). Научной новизной исследования является разработка рекомендаций, которые помогут наиболее эффективно изучить процесс функционирования организации, определить специфику информационных потребностей. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.

Theme of the master's thesis: «Improvement of the information system for registering citizens' records in St. Petersburg». The purpose of the research is to develop the functionality of an information system for registration and population resettlement. The study was carried out on the basis of the structural divisions of the submission and registration departments of citizens, Housing agency and the Housing Committee. The subject of the thesis automation of processes for the provision of services in the field of registration and the introduction of citizens. Research methods: system analysis, requirements analysis. The main results of the study: the analysis of the processes of automation of organizations was carried out, the functional structure of the information system was built, the functional requirements for the system were determined. Scope of results: the results of the work can be used for setting tasks for the developers of the system, and can also serve as a basis for the formation of project documentation (terms of reference, system passport, user manual). The scientific novelty of research is development of tools that will help to most effectively study the process of the organization's functioning, determine the specifics of the needs of information resources. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. Prospects and directions for further development of the study are grounded. The resultsobtained have signs of scientific novelty.
