Целью исследования является разработка организационно-экономического механизма, направленного на эффективное освоение ресурсной базы Арктических акваторий. Объектом исследования являются проекты, направленные на освоение и разработку нефтегазовых месторождений арктического шельфа. Предмет исследования: механизмы реализации нефтегазовых проектов освоения ресурсной базы арктического шельфа. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: системный подход к анализу теоретических и методических разработок, а также методы оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проекта. Основные результаты исследования: − рассмотрены основные факторы, влияющие на разработку нефтегазовых месторождений в Арктике; − произведен анализ рисков, влияющих на реализацию арктических нефтегазовых проектов; − изучены формы взаимодействия участников при реализации проектов по освоению углеводородных ресурсов; − на основе проведенного исследования предложена наиболее эффективная форма взаимодействия участников при реализации проектов по освоению нефтегазовых месторождений арктического шельфа. Область применения результатов ВКР результаты работы могут применяться в практической деятельности для других проектов нефтегазового комплекса.

The aim of the study is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism aimed at the effective development of the resource base of the Arctic waters. The object of the study is projects aimed at the development and development of oil and gas fields on the Arctic shelf. Research subject: mechanisms for the implementation of oil and gas projects for the development of the resource base of the Arctic shelf. Research methods: general scientific research methods were used: a systematic approach to the analysis of theoretical and methodological developments, as well as methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of a project. The main results of the study: − considered the main factors affecting the development of oil and gas fields in the Arctic; − an analysis of the risks affecting the implementation of Arctic oil and gas projects was carried out; − the forms of interaction between participants in the implementation of projects for the development of hydrocarbon resources were studied; − based on the study, the most effective form of interaction between participants in the implementation of projects for the development of oil and gas fields on the Arctic shelf was proposed. Application field: the results of the research and development work the results of the work can be applied in practice for other projects of the oil and gas complex.
