Данная работа посвящена разработке предложений по развитию туристической дестинации региона КМВ на основе анализа его туристско-рекреационного потенциала. Задачи магистерской работы: анализ нормативно-правовой базы в туристской сфере Российской Федерации; − анализ проблем совершенствования понятийного аппарата в санаторно-курортной сфере в Российской Федерации; − анализ туристско-рекреационной деятельности в приоритетах государственной и муниципальной политики; − проведение комплексного социально-экономического анализа состояния и тенденций развития отраслей, суботраслей, территории Ставропольского края, в том числе региона КМВ; − проведение ситуационного анализа туристско-рекреационной сферы КМВ; − составление предложений по улучшению туристского потенциала города-курорта Кисловодск; − оценка ожидаемого эффекта реализации предложений. В результате были проанализированы нормативно-правовая база санаторно-курортной сферы, лечебно-оздоровительных местностей, система управления региона Кавказские Минеральные Воды, социально-экономическое состояние региона Кавказские Минеральные Воды, туристская и санаторно-курортные сферы региона. На основании приведенных исследований принято решение о создании Destination marketing organization для эффективного развития туристической дестинации рассматриваемого региона.

This work is devoted to the development of proposals for the development of the tourist destination of the CMS region based on the analysis of its tourist and recreational potential. Tasks of the master's work: − analysis of the regulatory framework in the tourism sector of the Russian Federation; − analysis of the problems of improving the conceptual apparatus in the sanatorium-resort sphere in the Russian Federation; − analysis of tourist and recreational activities in the priorities of state and municipal policy; − identification of parameters, their expert justification and establishment of relationships between the selected parameters; − conducting a comprehensive socio-economic analysis of the state and trends in the development of industries, sub-industries, the territory of the Stavropol Territory, including the CMS region; − carrying out a situational analysis of the tourist and recreational sphere of CMS; − drafting proposals to improve the tourist potential of the resort city of Kislovodsk; − assessment of the expected effect of the implementation of proposals. As a result, the regulatory and legal framework of the sanatorium-resort sphere, health-improving areas, the management system of the Caucasian Mineral Waters region, the socio-economic state of the Caucasian Mineral Waters region, the tourist and sanatorium-resort spheres of the region were analyzed. Based on the above studies, it was decided to create a Destination marketing organization for the effective development of the tourist destination of the region in question.
