Объектом исследования является обоснование эффективности использования облачных технологий на предприятиях электроэнергетики. В работе определена сущность инноваций в электроэнергетике и выявлены специфические риски, характерные для отрасли электроэнергетики. Также, учтены особенности применения облачных технологий в отрасли электроэнергетики и обоснована целесообразность их использования. Кроме этого, представлена оценка экономической эффективности проекта внедрения проекта развития зарядной инфраструктуры для электромобилей на территории Северо-Западного региона на примере компании ПАО «Россети». Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании, в том числе определена динамика и структура активов и пассивов ПАО «Россети», проведена оценка ликвидности предприятия и группа финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Выявлены наиболее значимые риски, характерные специфике отрасли электроэнергетики, перечень рисков учтен при расчете ставки дисконтирования для выполнения расчета экономической эффективности проекта. Построена финансово-экономическая модель. Интерпретированы полученные результаты и дана оценка эффективности внедрения проекта. Сделаны выводы и предложены рекомендации относительно обоснования целесообразности реализации инновационных проектов.

The object of the study is to substantiate the efficiency of using cloud technologies at electric power enterprises. The paper defines the essence of innovations in the electric power industry and identifies specific risks characteristic of the electric power industry. Also, the peculiarities of the use of cloud technologies in the electric power industry are taken into account and the expediency of their use is justified. In addition, an assessment of the economic efficiency of the project for the implementation of the project for the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the North-Western region is presented on the example of PJSC ROSSETI. The analysis of the financial and economic activities of the company was carried out, including the dynamics and structure of assets and liabilities of PJSC ROSSETI were determined, the liquidity of the enterprise and the financial stability group of the enterprise were assessed. The most significant risks characteristic of the specifics of the electric power industry are identified, the list of risks is taken into account when calculating the discount rate for calculating the economic efficiency of the project. A financial and economic model has been built. The results obtained are interpreted and an assessment of the effectiveness of the project implementation is given. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are proposed regarding the justification of the feasibility of implementing innovative projects.
