Значимость темы ВКР обусловлена тем, что модернизация всей системы проведения оценки эффективности деятельности физкультурно-спортивных учреждений, что в первую очередь улучшит качество оказываемых спортивно-физкультурными учреждениями услуг. Объект ВКР – муниципальные спортивные учреждения. Предмет исследования – эффективность деятельности муниципальных спортивных учреждений. Цель исследования – разработка мероприятий, направленных на повышение эффективности деятельности спортивных муниципальных учреждений. В выпускной квалификационной работе стоят задачи, связанные с изучением понятия и специфики деятельности муниципальных спортивных учреждений. В выпускной квалификационной работе используются такие методы исследования, как как моделирование, сравнительный анализ, анализ документов и синтез. В ходе работы был проведен анализ основных подходов и методов оценки эффективности деятельности муниципальных физкультурно-спортивных учреждений и определены современные направления развития муниципальных физкультурно-спортивных учреждений. На основе полученных данных были обозначены самые значимые проблемы в организации деятельности муниципальных физкультурно-спортивных учреждений города Выборг по результатам оценки её эффективности. Научная новизна исследования состоит в том, что использование единого системного подхода при проведении оценки эффективности деятельности физкультурно-спортивных учреждений муниципального уровня на территории страны даст возможность сравнивать деятельность муниципальных физкультурно-спортивных учреждений, функционирующих в разных муниципальных образованиях.

Inthe course of the work, the analysis of the main approaches and methods for assessing the effectiveness of the activities of municipal physical culture and sports institutions was carried out and the modern directions of development of municipal physical culture and sports institutions were determined. Based on the data obtained, the most significant problems in organizing the activities of municipal physical culture and sports institutions in the city of Vyborg were identified based on the results of assessing its effectiveness. The scientific novelty of the study is that the use of a unified systematic approach when assessing the effectiveness of the activities of physical culture and sports institutions of the municipal level in thecountry will make it possible to compare the activities of municipal physical culture and sports institutions operating in different municipalities.
