The work is devoted to the determination of the effective diffusion properties of a polycrystalline material. To determine the effective properties, the problem of homogenization is solved. During the solution process, the material model takes into account the effect of segregation and the influence of inhomogeneities on each other using energy schemes. Effective diffusion properties were obtained for a material with spheroidal and ellipsoidal inhomogeneities. The paper also proposes two models for describing a polycrystalline material. In the first model, the grains are modeled by inhomogeneities, and the grain boundary by a matrix, while in the second model, on the contrary, the grain boundary is modeled by inhomogeneities, and the grains are modeled by a material matrix. The simulation results are compared with experimental data.
