Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка эффективности хозяйственной деятельности зарубежной компании». Данная работа посвящена проведению анализа эффективности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности немецкой компании «HelloFresh», а также поиску путей по повышению ее эффективности. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических и методологических основ анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. 2. Рассмотрение методов оценки финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятий в России и Германии. 3. Анализ и комплексная характеристика финансово-хозяйственной деятельности «HelloFresh». 4. Разработка мероприятий по улучшению эффективности финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании. 5. Прогнозирование платежного баланса на будущий год и составление плана по основным показателям. Работа выполнялась на основе данных из отчетов компании и данных об организации бизнес-процессов открытого акционерного общества «HelloFresh». В ходе работы были проанализированы основные процессы предприятия торговли, проведена оценка финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия, динамика и структура основных показателей эффективности. Также были разработаны мероприятия по улучшению эффективности и спрогнозированы результаты деятельности после их внедрения. Результатом работы стали оценка организационно-правовой характеристики предприятия и результатов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности «HelloFresh». Проведена работа по разработке платежного баланса и основных показателей на планируемый год.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Assessment ofthe efficiency of economic activities of a foreign company”. The given work is devoted to to analyzing the effectiveness of the financial and economic activities of the German company "HelloFresh", as well as finding ways to improve its efficiency. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. 2. Consideration of methods for assessing the financial and economic activities of enterprises in Russia and Germany. 3. Analysis and comprehensive description of the financial and economic activities of "HelloFresh". 4. Development of measures to improve the efficiency of the company's financial and economic activities. 5. Forecasting the balance sheet for the next year and development of a plan for the main performance indicators. The work was carried out on the basis of data from annual reports and data on the organization of business processes of the publicly traded company "HelloFresh". In the course of the work, the main processes of a trade enterprise were analyzed, an assessment of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise and the dynamics and structure of the main performance indicators was made. Also measures to improve efficiency were developed and the results of activities after their implementation were predicted. The result of the work was an assessment of the organizational and legal characteristics of the enterprises and the results of the financial and economic activities of «HelloFresh». Work has been carried out to develop the balance sheet and key performance indicators for the planned year.
