Цель работы - разработка плана по внедрению системы электронного документооборота СЭД для предприятия розничной торговли ООО «Фортуна». Работа выполнена на материалах компании ООО «Фортуна». Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования - описание, сравнительный анализ; специфические методы исследования - методы организационного проектирования, методы оценки эффективности проектов, метод социального исследования. Результаты работы: - выявлены проблемы текущего документооборота предприятия ООО «Фортуна»; - разработаны рекомендации по выбору внедряемой системы электронного документооборота; - разработаны мероприятия по внедрению системы в бизнес-процесс предприятия ООО «Фортуна»; - рассмотрена организационная структура, технико-экономические показатели в организации ООО «Фортуна»; - проведен анализ эффективности мероприятий по внедрению СЭД А2В на предприятие ООО «Фортуна»; - рассмотрены основные источники риска при переходе документооборота предприятия в электронный вид. Область применения результатов ВКР - информационные системы на предприятии розничной торговли, системы электронного документооборота. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop a plan for the implementation of the electronic document management system EDMS for the retail company Fortuna LLC. The work has been carried out on the materials of the materials of Fortuna LLC. Research methods used: general scientific research methods - description, comparative analysis; specific research methods - methods of organization design, methods of evaluating the effectiveness of projects, the method of social research. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the problems of the current document management of the company Fortuna LLC have been identified; - recommendations on the choice of the implemented electronic document management system have been developed; - measures have been developed to introduce the system into the business process of the company Fortuna LLC; - the organizational structure, technical and economic indicators in the organization of Fortuna LLC are considered; - the analysis of the effectiveness of measures for the introduction A2B EDMS at the Fortuna LLC was carried out; - the main sources of risk during the transition of the enterprise’s document management to electronic form are considered. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – information systems at a retail enterprise, electronic document management systems. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
