Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка рекомендаций по развитию предприятия (на примере ООО ОП «СТАРК - СПБ»)». Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций на основе проведённых анализов внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы: Анализ охранного бизнеса.Анализ внутренней и внешней среды ООО ОП «СТАРК - СПБ». Выявление слабых и сильных сторон ООО ОП «СТАРК - СПБ». Разработка управленческих решений, а также оценка их эффективности. В качестве анализа внутренней и внешней среды предприятия были использованы следующие методы: PEST-анализ, анализ по 5 силам Портера, финансовый анализ хозяйственной деятельности, VRIO-анализ, анализ по модели CANVAS. Все анализы наглядно показывают положительные и негативные стороны предприятия. В результате анализов были выявлены слабые и сильные стороны организации, а также разработаны управленческие решения для развития предприятия с оценкой их эффективности.

The topic of the graduate qualification paper is «Development of recommendations for the development of the enterprise (on the example of LLC SC «STARK - SPB»)». This work is devoted to the development of recommendations based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise. Tasks that were solved during the work: Analysis of the security business. Analysis of the internal and external environment of LLC SC "STARK - SPB". Identification of the strengths and weaknesses of LLC SC «STARK - SPB». Development of management decisions and evaluation of their effectiveness. The following methods were used during an analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise: PEST analysis, Porter's 5 forces analysis, financial analysis of economic activity, VRIO analysis, analysis using the CANVAS model. All analyzes clearly show the positive and negative aspects of the enterprise. As a result of the analyzes, the strengths and weaknesses of the organization were identified, and management decisions were developed for the development of the enterprise with an assessment of their effectiveness.
