Тема ВКР бакалавра: «Формирование рекомендаций по внедрению современных информационных систем и технологий в авиакомпании». Цель работы – разработка рекомендаций по внедрению современных информационных систем и технологий в авиакомпании. Работа выполнена на материалах ПАО «Аэрофлот». Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования – сравнительный, финансовый анализ, экспертные оценки; специфические методы исследования – методы стратегического планирования и управления (SNW, PESTEL, SWOT-анализ). Результаты работы: - дана характеристика экономической деятельности и рассмотрена организационная структура авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот»;- проанализированы информационные технологии и системы авиакомпании ПАО «Аэрофлот»;- предложен проект внедрения информационной системы;- выявлены и оценены возможные риски внедрения информационной системы в авиакомпании;- сформулированы рекомендации по внедрению информационной системы на основе машинного обучения;- обоснована эффективность внедрения информационной системы. Область применения результатов ВКР – полученные результаты могут быть использованы в авиакомпании при разработке проекта; рекомендации по внедрению информационной системы на основе машинного обучения могут быть внедрены в практику управления другими авиатранспортными предприятиями, оказывающими услуги в сфере пассажирских и грузовых перевозок. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Formation of recommendations for the implementation of modern information systems and technologies in the airline”. The aim of the graduate qualification work – development of recommendations for the introduction of modern information systems and technologies in the airline. The work has been carried out on the materials of the PJSC Aeroflot. Research methods used: general scientific research methods – comparative analysis, financial analysis, expert assessments, specific research methods - methods of strategic planning and management (SNW, PESTEL, SWOT analysis). The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the characteristics of economic activity are given and the organizational structure of the airline PJSC Aeroflot is considered;- the information technologies and systems of PJSC Aeroflot airline are analyzed;- a project for the implementation of an information system has been proposed;- the possible risks of implementing an information system in an airline have been identified and assessed;- recommendations on the implementation of an information system based on machine learning are formulated;- the effectiveness of the implementation of the information system is justified. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the results obtained can be used in the airline when developing a project, recommendations for the implementation of an information system based on machine learning can be introduced into the practice of managing other air transport enterprises providing services in the field of passenger and cargo transportation.Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
