The topic of the final qualifying work: "High-rise office building with a two-level underground parking". In this paper, the project documentation for the construction of a high-rise office building with a two-level underground parking has been developed. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. Development of project documentation in accordance with the terms of reference and the current regulatory and technical documentation; 2. Analysis of the existing literature on the subject of the study; 3. Identification of the most suitable facade glazing design for installation; 4. Consideration of existing technologies for the device of the selected type of glazing. 5. Determination of the most suitable in terms of productivity and material costs. The sections of the project documentation were developed in accordance with the design assignment and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 dated 02/16/2008 "On the composition of sections of the project documentation and requirements for their content". The most suitable stained glass glazing was selected for the building, namely, among the options considered, the facade made of modular glazing is the most preferable, due to the simplicity of design, the production readiness of the blocks and the speed of installation. For modular glazing, variants of the device with the use of various techniques and technologies are considered. The cost and performance of the selected equipment were evaluated, the most suitable option was selected, namely, the use of a winch as the main equipment during installation. The winch adopted in the project is not inferior to other considered equipment in performance, however, it is 6, 7 and 3 times cheaper to operate, easier to assemble and install, and also allows you to perform work without affecting other technological processes.
