Цель работы: разработка стратегии выхода предприятия пищевой промышленности на международный рынок. Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «Polycake». Использованные методы: анализ основных показателей финансово-хозяйственной деятельности; эффективность использования основных фондов; анализ рисков выхода на международный рынок; маркертинговый анализ; анализ потенциала и доступности рынков Германии и Китая; анализ конкуренции, а так же оценка эффективности выхода на международный рынок. Результаты работы: - рассмотрены теоретические аспекты внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятия; - проведен подробный анализ предприятия пищевой промышленности ООО «Polycake»; - дана оценка путей и возможностей выхода компании на международные рынки; - разработана стратегия выхода ООО «Polycake» на рынки Китая и Германии; - дана оценка эффективности разработанных мероприятий. Область применения результатов ВКР: результатов выпускной квалификационной работы распространяется на предприятия, занимающиеся производством и продажей выпечки и капкейков . Выводы: задачи выпускной квалификационной работы решены, цели достигнуты, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work: development of a strategy for the entry of a food industry enterprise into the international market. The work has been carried out on the materials of «Polycake» LLC. Research methods used: various methods of analysis have been used, including: analysis of the main indicators of financial and economic activity; efficiency of use of fixed assets; analysis of the risks of entering the international market; marketing analysis; analysis of the potential and availability of the German and Chinese markets; analysis of competition, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of entering the international market. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - theoretical aspects of foreign economic activity of the enterprise are considered; - a detailed analysis of the food industry enterprise "Polycake" LLC was carried out; - an assessment of the ways and opportunities for the company to enter international markets was given; - a strategy was developed for Polycake LLC to enter the markets of China and Germany; - an assessment of the effectiveness of the developed measures was given. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – the results of the final qualifying work apply to enterprises engaged in the production and sale of pastries and cupcakes Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, the goals have been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined.
