Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка конкурентоспособности компании на международном рынке (на примере компании «Cisco Systems, Inc»)».Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – анализ и оценка конкурентоспособности компании Cisco Systems Inc. и разработка мероприятий по ее повышению. Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи:- изучены теоретические основы анализа конкурентоспособности компании;- проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и финансового состояния исследуемого предприятия;- проведен анализ и оценка конкурентоспособности компании;- разработаны рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности. Объектом изучения в работе является компания Cisco SystemsInc. Предметом изучения является конкурентоспособность компании, возникающая в результате её функционирования на рынке. Практическая значимость работы состоит в возможности применения предложенных мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности компании в текущей деятельности компаний. При выполнении работы в качестве теоретической базы были использованы нормативно-правовые акты, учебные пособия, справочные издания, научные статьи. В качестве информационной базы взяты данные учета и отчетности Cisco Systems Inc.В выпускной квалификационной работе использовались следующие методы научного исследования: анализ, синтез, формализация, а также приемы анализа финансового состояния.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Assessment of the company's competitiveness in the international market (on the example of «Cisco Systems, Inc»)». The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the company Cisco Systems Inc. and the development of measures to improve it. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:- studied the theoretical foundations of competitiveness at the enterprise;- the analysis of the financial and economic activities and the financial condition of the investigated enterprise was carried out;- the analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise is carried out; .- recommendations for improving competitiveness have been developed. The object of study in the work is the company Cisco Systems Inc. The subject of the study is competitiveness of the enterprise arising as a result of its functioning in the market. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility ofapplying the proposed measures to improve the competitiveness at an existing enterprise in the current activities of companies. When performing the work, normative legal acts, textbooks, reference books, scientific articles were used as a theoretical basis. As an information base, we took the accounting and reporting data of the company Cisco Systems Inc. In the graduate qualification work, the following methods ofscientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, formalization, as well as techniques for analyzing the financial condition.
