Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка финансового состояния международной компании (на примере Ritter Sport)». Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – анализ и оценка финансового состояния компании Ritter Sport и разработка мероприятий по его улучшению. Для достижения поставленной цели были поставлены и решены следующие задачи:- проведён анализ современного состояния рынка исследуемой отрасли, а также положение на мировом рынке компании Ritter Sport.- изучены теоретические основы анализа финансового состояния компании;- проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и финансового состояния исследуемой компании, в рамках которого были проанализированы имущественное и финансовое состояние компании, финансовая устойчивость, платежеспособность и результативность компании Ritter Sport;- разработаны рекомендации по улучшения финансового состояния компании. Объектом изучения в работе является компания Ritter Sport. Предметом изучения являются финансовое состояние компании, формирующееся в процессе его функционирования на рынке. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности использования предложенных мероприятий для улучшения финансового состояния компании. Теоретическое значение заключается в пополнении знаний об особенностях финансового анализа, представлении нового взгляда на предложенную проблематику, что расширит подход к её изучению. При выполнении работы в качестве теоретической базы были использованы нормативно-правовые акты, учебные пособия, справочные издания, научные статьи. В качестве информационной базы взяты данные учета и отчетности компании Ritter Sport. В выпускной квалификационной работе использовались следующие методы научного исследования: анализ, синтез, формализация, а также приемы анализа финансового состояния.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Assessment of the financial state of an international company (on the example of Ritter Sport)». The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analysis and assessment of the financial state of the company Ritter Sport and the development of measures to improve it.To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved:- an analysis of the current state of the market of the studied industry, as well as the position in the world market of the company Ritter Sport was carried out- studied the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the financial condition of the company;- an analysis of the financial and economic activities and financial condition of the company under study was carried out, within the framework of which the property and financial condition of the company, financial stability, solvency and performance of Ritter Sport were analyzed;- developed recommendations to improve the financial condition of the company. The object of study in the work is the company «Ritter Sport». The subject of study is the financial condition of the company, which is formed in the process of its functioning in the market. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the proposed measures to improve the financial condition of the company. The theoretical significance lies in the replenishment of knowledge about the features of financial analysis, the presentation of a new look at the proposed issues, which will expand the approach to its study. When performing the work, normative legal acts, textbooks, reference books, scientific articles were used as a theoretical basis. As an information base, we took the accounting and reporting data of the company Ritter Sport. In the graduate qualification work, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, formalization, as well as techniques for analyzing the financial condition.
