Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из трех глав. В первой главе ВКР рассмотрены общие положения о судебной экспертизе. В рамках данного вопроса изучены: предмет, сущность и задачи судебной экспертизы; развитие судебно-экспертной деятельности в России; правовое регулирование судебно-экспертной деятельности. Во второй главе ВКР рассмотрены правовые основы подготовки к назначению судебной экспертизы. В рамках данного вопроса раскрыты следующие вопросы: получение и отбор объектов судебного исследования; определение целей и задач экспертного исследования; определение последовательности назначения экспертиз. В третьей главе ВКР рассмотрены проблемы назначения судебной экспертизы, включающие такие вопросы, как: выбор экспертного учреждения; вынесение постановления о назначении экспертизы и удовлетворение ходатайств заинтересованных лиц; направление постановления и объектов исследования в экспертное учреждение.

The final qualifying work consists of two chapters. In the first chapter of the WRC, the general provisions on forensic examination are considered. Within the framework of this issue, the following have been studied: the subject, essence and tasks of forensic examination; the development of forensic expert activity in Russia; legal regulation of forensic expert activity. In the second chapter of the WRC, the legal basis of preparation for the appointment of a forensic examination is considered. Within the framework of this issue, the following issues are disclosed: obtaining and selecting objects of judicial research; determining the goals and objectives of expert research; determining the sequence of appointment of examinations.In the third chapter of the WRC, the problems of the appointment of a forensic examination are considered, including such issues as: the choice of an expert institution; the issuance of a resolution on the appointment of an examination and the satisfaction of the petitions of interested persons; the direction of the resolution and the objects of research to an expert institution.
