Были предложены – инструкция действия персонала торгового комплекса, силы и средства для тушения пожара, расписаны пошаговые действия пожарных подразделений, а также рекомендуется отправка дополнительных сил и средств по повышенному номеру пожара.

It was proposed - instructions for the actions of the personnel of the shopping complex, forces and means for extinguishing a fire, step-by-step actions of fire departments were painted, and it is also recommended to send additional forces and means to an increased fire number.
