Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Обеспечение конкурентоспособности отечественной продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью». Данная работа посвящена оценке конкурентоспособности станкостроительной отрасли и разработке мер по её повышению. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи:1. Обзор несырьевого экспорта России.2. Обзор истории станкостроения России и его текущего состояния.3. Исследование макросреды отрасли путём проведения анализа по методике PESTEL.4. Исследование микросреды отрасли по методу 5 сил Портера.5. Проведён SWOT анализ станкостроения.6. Дана графическая оценка с помощью многоугольника конкурентоспособности7. Проведён математический анализ конкурентоспособности отрасли8. Рассмотрены меры повышения конкурентоспособности. В ходе работы изучена отрасль станкостроения России, определены сильные и слабые стороны отрасли, рассмотрена конкурентоспособность российской отрасли, уровень её технологического развития. Результатом работы стала разработка ряда мер повышения конкурентоспособности для отечественной отрасли станкостроения, определение путей развития.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Provision of the competitiveness of domestic products with high added value”. This work is devoted to assessing the competitiveness of the machine tool industry and developing measures to improve it. During the research, the following tasks were solved:1. Review of non-commodity exports of Russia.2. Overview of the history of machine tool building in Russia and its current state.3. Study of the macro environment of the industry by conducting an analysis according to the PESTEL methodology.4. Study of the microenvironment of the industry using the Porter's 5 forces method.5. SWOT analysis of the machine tool industry was carried out.6. A graphical assessment is given using the competitiveness polygon.7. A mathematical analysis of the competitiveness of the industry was carried out.8. Measures to improve competitiveness considered. In the course of the work, the machine tool industry of Russia was studied, the strengths and weaknesses of the industry were identified, the competitiveness of the Russian industry, the level of its technological development were considered. The result of the work was the development of a number of measures to increase competitiveness for the domestic machine tool industry, the definition of development paths.
