Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Офисное здание высотой 122 м с подземной автостоянкой в г. Санкт-Петербурге».В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта были разработаны разделы проектной документации на строительство высотного офисного здания в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 No87 (ред. от 15.07.2021) и актуальными нормативными документами.В ходе работы были поставлены и решены следующие задачи:1.Обзор научных исследований по теме исследовательской работы;2.Сбор информации о материалах, применяемых для выполнения ограждающих конструкций;3.Сравнение различных наружных ограждающих систем;4.Выявление достоинств и недостатков ограждающих конструкций;5.Выбор оптимального варианта фасадной системы для офисного здания.В результате данной работы была разработана документация для объекта капитального строительства и проведено сравнение различных видов ограждающих конструкций.Окончательный выбор ограждающей конструкции был сделан на основании их достоинств и недостатков и результатов теплотехнического расчёта.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "An office building with a height of 122 m with an underground parking lot in St. Petersburg".In the course of the graduation project, sections of the project documentation for the construction of a high-rise office building were developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.02.2008 No87 (ed. of 15.07.2021) and relevant normative documents.In the course of the work, the followingtasks were set and solved:1. Review of scientific research on the topic of research work;2. Collecting information about the materials used to perform enclosing structures;3. Comparison of various outdoor fencing systems;4. Identification of advantages and disadvantages of enclosing structures;5. Choosing the optimal variant of the facade system for an office building.As a result of this work, documentation was developed for the capital constructionfacility and a comparison of various types of enclosing structures was carried out. The final choice of the enclosing structure was made on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages and the results of the thermal engineering calculation.
