Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка проекта внедрения ERP-системы для производителя систем безопасности». Цель работы – разработка проекта внедрения системы для комплексной автоматизации бизнес-процессов производства. Задачи работы: – описание класса ERP систем; – анализ ключевых показателей деятельности компании; – создание моделей AS IS и TO BE деятельности компании; – разработка календарного плана реализации проекта по внедрению системы; – оценка экономического эффекта от внедрения системы. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности компании «PERCo», бухгалтерских отчётах компании, результатах опросов сотрудников. Использованные методы: инструменты инфографики, сравнительный анализ, моделирование архитектуры, анализ бизнес-процессов. Результаты работы: – выделены проблемы компании, которые необходимо решить; – сформулированы цели внедрения системы и задачи, которые система должна выполнять; – проведён сравнительный анализ ERP систем и обоснован выбор решения 1С: ERP; – разработан календарный план и проведён расчёт стоимости проектных операций; – выполнена оценка экономического и качественного эффекта от внедрения системы. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации для производства: сокращение прямых затрат производства, уменьшение производственного брака, сокращение расходов на транспортировку товара, контроль запасов, увеличение прибыли. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – автоматизация контроля производства и оптимизация ресурсов производства.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: «Project of an ERP-system implementation for a manufacturer of security systems». The purpose of the work is to develop a project for the implementation of a system for the integrated automation of business processes in production. Tasks of work: – description of the class of ERP systems; – analysis of key performance indicators of the company; – creation of AS IS and TO BE models of the company's activities; – development of a calendar plan for the implementation of the project for the implementation of the system; – assessment of the economic effect from the implementation of the system. Work is performed on the basis of materials about the activities of the company "PERCo", the company's accounting reports, the results of employee surveys. Methods used: infographic tools, benchmarking, architecture modeling, business process analysis. Work results: – the problems of the company that need to be solved are highlighted; – the goals of the system implementation and the tasks that the system must perform are formulated; – a comparative analysis of ERP systems was carried out and the choice of 1C: ERP solution was justified; – a calendar plan was developed and the cost of project operations was calculated; – an assessment of the economic and qualitative effect from the implementation of the system was carried out. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of automation for production: a reduction in direct production costs, a decrease in manufacturing defects, a reduction in the cost of transporting goods, inventory control, and an increase in profits. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined - automation of production control and optimization of production resources.
