Целью работы явилось повышение эффективности деятельности компании ООО «ЛокоТех Промсервис». Задачи работы: обоснование необходимости внедрения информационной системы в компанию, а затем выбора наиболее подходящего решения; разработка проекта внедрения CRM-системы; формирование требований к настройкам системы, реализация их, а затем проведение тестирования; расчет затрат на внедрение системы и обоснования экономической эффективности. Работа выполнена на базе ООО «ЛокоТех Промсервис». Методы: сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов, методы управления проектами, экспертное оценивание, обработка экспертных оценок, сбор и обработка данных, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: рассмотрены ключевые элементы бизнеса; выявлены узкие места в работе компании; построена модель целевой архитектуры; рассмотрены основные характеристики проекта; составлено техническое задание; проведено тестирование настроек; оценена эффективность внедрения; рассчитаны простая норма прибыли и простой срок окупаемости. Практическая значимость работы определяется переходом компании на новую информационную систему и отказом от старых баз данных. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Work is performed on the basis of "LocoTech Promservice" LLC. Methods: comparative analysis, multi-criteria analysis, business process modeling, project management methods, expert evaluation, processing of expert evaluations, data collection and processing, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects. The main results of the work: - the key elements of the business are considered, how the organization creates, delivers and receives value;- identified bottlenecks in the work of the company;- a model of the target architecture was built;- the main characteristics of the project are considered;- Compiled terms of reference;- tested the settings;- assessed the effectiveness of implementation;- calculate the simple rate of return and the simple payback period. The practical significance of the work is determined by the company's transition to a new information system and the abandonment of old databases.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
