Объектом исследования является государственное управление сферой культуры в Санкт-Петербурге. Предметом исследования является решение выявленных проблем в государственном управлении сферой культуры в Санкт-Петербурге. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы - разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию государственного управления в сфере культуры на примере Санкт-Петербурга. Задачи: рассмотреть культуру как объект управления, изучить структуру государственного управления сферой культуры, ознакомиться с нормативно-правовой базой государственного управления сферой культуры, изучить зарубежный опыт государственного управления сферой культуры, дать общую характеристику сферы культуры в Санкт-Петербурге, провести анализ государственного управления в сфере культуры Санкт-Петербурга, ознакомиться с особенностями государственного управления государственными учреждениями культуры Санкт-Петербурга, разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию государственного управления в сфере культуры в Санкт-Петербурге, оценить эффект от реализации предложений по решению проблем в сфере культуры. Методы, использованные в данной работе: анализ, обобщение информации, оценка. Краткое описание работы: в первом разделе рассматриваются теоретические основы государственного управления в сфере культуры, во втором разделе анализируется государственное управление в сфере культуры на примере Санкт-Петербурга, в третьем разделе описываются предложения по совершенствованию государственного управления в сфере культуры в Санкт-Петербурге. Новизна темы обусловлена введением предложения по совершенствованию государственного управления в сфере культуры путем создания Концепции проведения культурных мероприятий онлайн.
