На 46 с., 6 рисунков, 8 таблиц.Экстракт каротиноидов из Chlorella Vulgaris получен в лаборатории Высшей школы биотехнологии и пищевых производств СПб Политехнического университета Петра Великого.Данная работа посвящена исследованию влияния экстракта каратиноидов на противоопухолевый эффект при лечении цисплатином. Рассматривались такие показатели как индекс роста опухоли, объем опухоли, площадь под кинетической кривой роста опухоли, масса тела животных.Для решения поставленной цели решались нижеперечисленные задачи:- Перевить штамм опухоли экспериментальным животным;- Рандомизировать животных с перевитым штаммом опухоли Эрлиха на группы;- Провести все необходимые измерения, такие как масса экспериментальных животных, объем опухоли, площадь под кинетической кривой;- Провести необходимые расчеты;- Проанализировать полученные результаты и сделать вывод по всей работе.Объектами исследования были 4 группы мышей с перевитой опухолью Эрлиха.Экспериментально-исследовательская работа проводилась в научной лаборатории химиопрофилактики рака и онкофармакологии ФГБУ «НМИЦ онкологии им. Н. Н. Петрова» Минздрава РФ.Анализируемыми показателями были: индекс роста опухоли, объем опухоли, площадь под кинетической кривой роста опухоли, масса тела животных.В ходе исследований показано, что совместное использование препарата цисплатина и экстракта каратиноидов оказывало влияние на рост опухоли у экспериментальных животных и вызвало замедление ее роста.

46 pages, 6 figures, 8 tables.The extract of carotenoids from Chlorella Vulgaris was obtained in the laboratory of the Higher School of Biotechnology and Food Production of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great.This work is devoted to the study of the effect of carotenoid extract on the antitumor effect in the treatment with cisplatin. Such indicators as tumor growth index, tumor volume, area under the kinetic curve of tumor growth, animal body weight were considered.To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:- Transfer the tumor strain to experimental animals;- Randomize animals with the transplanted strain of Ehrlich's tumor into groups;- Carry out all necessary measurements, such as the mass of experimental animals, the volume of the tumor, the area under the kinetic curve;- Make the necessary calculations;- Analyze the results obtained and draw a conclusion on the whole work.The objects of the study were 4 groups of mice with a transplanted Ehrlich tumor.Experimental research work was carried out in the scientific laboratory of Cancer Chemoprophylaxis and Oncopharmacology of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "N. N. Petrov" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.The analyzed indicators were tumor growth index, tumor volume, area under the kinetic curve of tumor growth, animal body weight.Studies have shown that the combined use of cisplatin and carotenoid extract had an effect on tumor growth in experimental animals and caused its growth to slow down.
