Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Туркменистан в составе Советского Союза». Объект исследования дипломной работы представляет собой особое место и значение Туркменистана в составе СССР и после его распада, международные отношения в этой сфере в целом, а также международный процесс, сфера жизни, совокупность общественных отношений, складывающихся в процессе политической деятельности, в данной обстановке.В рамках данной выпускной квалификационной работы стоит такая цель: как анализ ситуации в Туркменистане в советское время и его последствия в наши дни. В ходе исследования решались следующие задачи: 1. Провести комплексный анализ истории Туркменистана в советское время; 2. Проанализировать дипломатические отношение Туркменистана и России после принятия независимости 1991-по настоящее время; 3. Проанализировать текущее положение Туркменистана после распада СССР; 4. Выявить практическое применение власти в Туркменистане после распада СССР. Раскрыта сущность и исторические аспекты вопроса Туркменистана в составе СССР и после его распада. Проведен анализ политической конъюнктуры Туркменистана и изучена система властных отношений и предложены гипотезы об их динамиках до и после распада.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Turkmenistan as part of the Soviet Union". The object of research of the thesis is the special place and importance of Turkmenistan as part of the USSR and after its collapse, international relations in this sphere as a whole, as well as the international process, the sphere of life, the totality of social relations that develop in the process of political activity in this situation. Within the framework of this final qualifying work, there is such a goal: how to analyze the situation in Turkmenistan in Soviet times and its consequences today. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: 1. To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the history of Turkmenistan in Soviet times; 2. To analyze the diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Russia after the independence of 1991-to the present; 3. Analyze the current situation of Turkmenistan after the collapse of the USSR; 4. To identify the practical application of power in Turkmenistan after the collapse of the USSR. The essence and historical aspects of the issue of Turkmenistan as part of the USSR and after its collapse are revealed. The analysis of the political conjuncture of Turkmenistan is carried out; the system of power relations is studied and hypotheses about their dynamics before and after the collapse are proposed.
